Chile is preparing to become one of the largest and most competitive exporters of renewable hydrogen in the world. The government has presented a very simple and clear strategy and delivered grants to key projects to expand R+D and local know-how. By 2030, Chile aims to have 25GW of electrolysers producing hydrogen renewable at US$1.5/Kg; and there are interested buyers in Europe, Japan and USA among others.

Challenges to get to this mammoth goal, however, are plentiful. For projects to scale up over time, internal demand for hydrogen in Chile needs to strongly develop; key exporting infrastructure needs to be built, and there are bottlenecks delaying the procurement of key equipment. Much regulation and permitting is still under development and access to financing is ongoing.

Join this webinar to get the inside track on the project development and investment opportunities in Chile, and how you can be part of this rapid growth market.

  • Hear about the latest advances in renewable hydrogen in Chile, including projects, R+D pilots and programs to advance the use for H2 for decarbonization in the mining industry
  • Take part of this profitable opportunity by investing in the best projects across the country
  • Understand why securing a local supply chain is a key step in the development of the full potential of this market
  • Consider building bridges between producers in Chile and consumers abroad to develop opportunities for your company in this market
