The opening of the first pilot biomethane plant and the subsequent regulatory facilitations in administrative procedures are a step towards the development of the biomethane sector in Poland. Poland, being one of the countries with the greatest agricultural potential in Europe, has the chance to become one of the most important biomethane producers. Despite these very important achievements, no commercial biomethane plant has been built in Poland yet.

The potential for biomethane production in the Polish context is supported by government programs such as the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 (FEnIKS), and Energia Plus. These initiatives aim to support local projects and attract international investors interested in biomethane in Poland.

In this webinar, we will analyze the regulatory, financial and technical aspects of the procedure for setting up biomethane plant projects in Poland from key leaders in the local and international markets:

  • Gain insights into the current market landscape and analyze the previous steps to fine-tune your strategy for future projects
  • Analyze the evolution of gas networks in Poland and the potential for biomethane integration
  • Learn about the regulatory, technical and financial aspects of the biomethanes projects in the specific polish market
